"På Havet" with Studio Blåval

A little boat. A vast sea.

"På Havet" is an immersive, wordless performance for babies and toddlers ages 0–3 and their accompanying adults. Music, movement, and puppets offer a first encounter with the magic of theater. With live music, a dancer, and puppets, each performance takes shape in its own unique way. The performance lasts approximately 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of play in the stage setting.

The performance is inspired by a poem by the Russian writer Daniil Kharms (1905–1942) about sailors and their fears. Through a gentle landscape of sights and sounds, the audience follows the characters as they work through and share these fears on their journey in a poetic, playful, and reassuring way.

Admission is free, but booking a ticket is recommended to be on the safe side.
