Fru Due

Fru Due is a vintage shop and webshop in Snogebæk on Bornholm with a special focus on original vintage designer lamps from especially France and Germany, as well as a selection of small furniture, ceramics, signs, and interior design.

At Fru Due, there is a love for the idea that good things can have a new and long life. Interior design does not have to be perfect, but can be personal. The range consists of hand-picked finds that fit in with everything from modern and classic homes to raw, rustic, Nordic, and minimalist interiors. Everything is carefully selected with a focus on quality, good design, aesthetics and the preservation of beautiful old craftsmanship.

Fru Due specializes in iconic Bauhaus Kaiser Idell designer lamps and industrial Jieldé lamps. All lamps are carefully selected for their history, quality and timeless design. Most lamps are purchased from collectors around Europe, where the hunt is on for the most beautiful and best-preserved examples. Each lamp is first carefully selected and then carefully examined in the workshop with great respect for the original expression.

Fru Due is located in an old mission house, which oozes history and soul. It is open all year round, and the current opening hours can always be found on the website. The webshop is available in Danish (frudue.dk), German (frudue.de) and Swedish (frudue.se).
