Bornholm Golf Open

Play for three days on three golf courses on Bornholm at the Bornholm Golf Open, August 26–28, 2027. Bornholm Golf Open comprises 3 tournaments, each played over 3 × 18 holes.

Three courses in Rø, Nexø and Rønne

• Old Course in Rø – Gudhjem Golfklub.

• Dueoddebanen in Nexø – Nexø Golf Klub.

• Robbedalebanen in Rønne – Bornholms Golf Klub.

Formats and starting times

• Individual stroke play, gross/net: handicap +8–24.0. Swedish stroke play rules apply, with a maximum score of par + 4 strokes per hole. Thursday features staggered tee times in Rø.

• Individual Stableford: handicap 15.1–45.0. Thursday features a shotgun start in Nexø.

• Greensome: handicap +8–45.0. Thursday features a shotgun start in Rønne.

Prices and optional extras

The tournament entry fee for all three days is DKK 975. Members of a golf club on Bornholm pay DKK 475. No green fees are payable.

• A sandwich on the course and a bottle of water on each of the three days: DKK 180 in total.

• Closing dinner: DKK 295.

• Golf cart rental: DKK 250. Use of a golf cart requires special permission from the tournament organizers and must be booked when registering or by emailing bornholmgolfopen@gmail.com.

Practice rounds are available from the Thursday in the week before the tournament at DKK 300 per round, once on each course.

Registration

Register through GolfBox by August 13, 2027. The tournament entry fee and optional extras are payable when registering.

Prizes and closing celebrations

Small daily prizes are awarded after each day's round, and prize winners must be present. The total prize value is at least DKK 30,000.

On Saturday, August 28, at 5 p.m., a prize-giving ceremony for the best overall results takes place at Bornholms Golf Klub. This is followed at 6 p.m. by a closing dinner at Café Robbedale for participants who have registered and paid. The buffet includes three kinds of meat, side dishes, sauce, salads and dessert with coffee or tea. Guests can be registered and paid for no later than the first day of play.
