Bornholms Andelsmejeri is located in Klemensker, where milk from Bornholm is turned into cheeses and other dairy products rooted in a long local dairy tradition.
The dairy is owned by farmers from Bornholm and produces, among other products, St. Clemens cheeses. It makes firm cheeses, hard cheeses, and blue cheeses, and several of its cheeses have gained international recognition over the years.
Bornholms Andelsmejeri continues a cooperative tradition on Bornholm dating back to 1886 and is now the island's only remaining cooperative dairy.
