Claus Jacob Wordenskjold will guide us through 7 different Christmas beers, sharing stories about the beers, the breweries and perhaps a little about what makes a beer a true Christmas beer.
Alongside the beers, we will serve a special tapas platter with small dishes carefully selected to complement the different beers.
An evening of good beer, good food and plenty of Christmas cheer – and perhaps a new Christmas favorite or two.
Based in Ringsted, Claus Jacob Wordenskjold has been hosting beer tastings and giving talks throughout Denmark for years. He combines extensive beer knowledge with an entertaining, informal approach that appeals to beginners and beer enthusiasts alike. His themed tastings range from Trappist beers to IPAs, and he is a familiar face at Danske Ølentusiaster’s beer festival. In 2018, he received the Regional Beer Award, and he has often collaborated with Det Lille Bryggeri.
