Den Gamle Brandstation opens as a pop-up wine bar in summer 2026, serving wine, local cider, beer and light dishes in a historic setting. As evening approaches, the grill is fired up, bringing seasonal ingredients and local vegetables to your plate. The menu changes regularly, offering new flavors to discover along the way.

The courtyard has room for long conversations and warm summer evenings, while the old fire truck outside has found a new role as an ice cream stand.
