Many of the apple varieties are kept separate, so you can discover how each variety gives the juice its own flavor. The selection varies, but the farm shop typically offers a wide range of juices, with the opportunity to taste them before choosing your favorite to take home.

As you taste, you can also learn more about Bornholm’s apples and the stories behind them. The shop also stocks apple specialties and various products made on Bornholm.

A glimpse into Soldalen

The farm shop is part of Soldalen, where small wooden buildings house a juice press, workshops and other activities. By prior arrangement, it may be possible to take a closer look at production and see how the apples are turned into juice.
