Since 2000, Svaneke Bryghus has helped put Bornholm on the beer map. What began as a small brewery on Svaneke Square has grown into one of Denmark’s well-known craft breweries, where skilled craftsmanship and curiosity about new flavours remain an important part of the recipe.

All beer is brewed in Svaneke using water from Bornholm. The beer is given time to develop, and the brewery works with different beer styles and flavour profiles – from classic brews to new recipes and experiments.
