Surrealism Tour – The Forest Has a Mouth. BORNHOLM CULTURE WEEK 2026. A Culture Week wristband is required. Join an outdoor walk and workshop inspired by the surrealists who stayed on Bornholm in the summers of 1934 and 1935. The museum’s art educator leads a sensory exploration of the nature surrounding the museum, inspired by surrealist working methods. The programme continues in the museum studio with practical aesthetic exercises using clay and natural materials collected during the walk. It concludes with an exploration of works by Sigurd Vasegaard, Gustaf Munch-Petersen, Sonja Ferlov Mancoba, Richard Mortensen and Ejler Bille. The walk and workshop are free with paid museum admission on presentation of a Culture Week wristband. Maximum 20 participants. Advance booking is required.
