It all began with a single and exceptionally strong chilli schnapps. Since then, Bornholm Spirits in Nexø has grown into a spirits producer where curiosity, craftsmanship and a passion for exploring new flavours remain at the heart of everything they do.

Today, the distillery produces organic schnapps, aquavit, vodka and other specialities inspired by Nordic ingredients and flavour traditions. At the same time, classic ideas of what spirits can be are challenged through innovative flavour combinations and a constant focus on quality.
