At Restaurant Siemsens Gaard, seasonal ingredients from Bornholm meet fine craftsmanship and inspiration from classic French cuisine. The restaurant is located in the historic merchant’s house directly by Svaneke harbour, where the harbour life, old houses and the Baltic Sea provide the setting for your meal.

In the evening, the kitchen draws on classic French cuisine, interpreted with Nordic ingredients and the best of the Bornholm season. The focus is on honest flavours, quality and fine craftsmanship – without unnecessary fuss.

During the high season, lunch is also served, featuring classic Danish open sandwiches in a contemporary style. Ingredients are carefully selected and often local, accompanied by pickled, preserved and fermented elements from the seasonal pantry.
